Our Approach to Training

We do not believe that clinicians develop through observation alone. Our training model emphasizes active learning, skill development, and guided practice, allowing interns to build confidence through experience rather than exposure alone.

Interns are supported in learning how to understand clients, apply interventions, and develop sound clinical judgment. We balance structure with flexibility, helping each intern build a strong foundation while also developing their own clinical style.

Just as we approach client care through emotional, spiritual, and physical wellness, we approach training in the same way. Our goal is to support not only the development of clinical skills, but also the growth of confidence, professional identity, and self-awareness, preparing clinicians to work thoughtfully and effectively with those they serve.
